Property Peek…
The more you know about your property, the more you know about your world.
This week NJ Property Fax launched our new Property Peek Report. This is a game changer for homeowners, Realtors, and Buyers and Sellers of New Jersey real estate. The information provided and insights that can be gained are far reaching.
The report provides important and interesting information about a property – information that can be helpful when buying or selling a home, putting on an addition, applying for a variance, or challenging a tax bill; or for anyone who is simply curious to know more about the property and neighborhood they call home.
Imagine comparing a current satellite image of your property with a 1930’s aerial! How cool is that? Or a detailed wetlands map that shows wetlands - including the classification - within 200’ of your property? How about a detailed twenty-year tax assessment history and a full sheet Taxmap? Zoning map, topo maps (with contours), nearby preserved farmland or open spaces, sewer service areas. The report also includes a map showing local contaminated sites that have been reported to the State DEP, along with the DEP identifier. CARFA information for shore properties, Pinelands and Highlands designations, and Soils Data are also included. This is a comprehensive report, and it’s available today.
There are two report options, Property PEEK Tax and Property PEEK Deluxe.
